Piyanko Pikolo Football Academy is located in a local community in Nassarawa State had only 11 players. The kids in the Academy were unmotivated to play football, had worn-out shoes, old jerseys and socks.

Therefore, we provided these kids with new football kits and organized a football tournament with Dunes FC in Maitama. The tournament involved two matches; one at Piyanko community and the other at Maitama, Abuja. The kids were excited to be out of their community and motivated to play. For many of the kids, the matches showed that football was important and that it was a loved sport by many.

Now, there are more than 100 kids at the academy who love to play football. Watch how excited the kids were to play.
